Through Dawn we acquired a lot in a subdivision in Fairhope AL - a perfect lot. Truland Homes was the builder and all of our interactions with Truland were handled via Dawn. We found that she was very responsive to our requests and very effective in dealing with Truland. We would have a request and we have a response, typically, in just a couple of days. If she did not have an answer she knew who to see and got us an answer. It was a completely painless process working with Dawn to get our house completed. I would strongly recommend her if you are looking for a very effective realtor.

I spent the day with Dawn when my wife and I were relocating to Fairhope from Southern Illinois. She was very knowledgeable about the market and knew the type of home and neighborhood we were desirous of from listening to us. She showed us several homes in many different areas, all of which we could have chosen. In other words, she didn’t waste our time with out of budget or otherwise undesirable listings. She helped with the negotiations and we couldn’t be happier.

Dawn was very professional and sensitive to the needs of my family. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
