I spent the day with Dawn when my wife and I were relocating to Fairhope from Southern Illinois. She was very knowledgeable about the market and knew the type of home and neighborhood we were desirous of from listening to us. She showed us several homes in many different areas, all of which we could have chosen. In other words, she didn’t waste our time with out of budget or otherwise undesirable listings. She helped with the negotiations and we couldn’t be happier.

Dawn was very professional and sensitive to the needs of my family. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
