Dawn did an excellent job overall in getting me prepared for putting the house on the market. She gave good advice regarding the look we should try to present to a prospective buyer. Evidently the listing price she suggested was right for the market, as the house was sold in a fairly short time, for the listing price. I would give her an A plus.

Although I cannot attest to the full Bellator team, I can certainly attest to Dawn Beasley. I had the privilege of meeting her a few years ago when my parents used her to both buy and sell a home. And when it came time to sell my 1-year old home, she should have been my first call. However, thinking that the sell of my home would be a simple process, I chose a personal friend for my first attempt. Although she tried with all her knowledge to sell my home, she was unable to do that. I knew immediately I would be contacting Dawn as soon as I was contractually free to do so. Dawn immediately came in and made a few changes to the listing as well as took more professional photos. We soon discovered that no matter how my home stood out from the rest of my newly developed neighborhood, it would be no simple feat to combat against the interest rates of a huge home builder that was consistently building in the new phase. Dawn stuck by me and guided me thru this lengthy process called selling a home. I could not be happier with the advice she gave me as well as her professionalism thru our 6 month journey together. Dawn was incredible throughout our 6 months together selling my home. Her advice ended up being exactly what I needed in order to sell. She kept me calm and showed her loyalty to me as we entered in to 2 different contracts, the 2nd on sticking. I appreciated her honesty and how she treated my feelings. Dawn assisted me with purchasing this house almost 5 years ago. I bought it as an investment and rented it to help defray costs. When it came time to sell the home, I was faced with refurbishment costs that I was not prepared for. I began repairs and Dawn supported me through the entire tedious process. She is professional and easy to communicate with. She is very knowledgeable of the Fairhope and Gulf area. Dawn is prompt about her appointments and always contacted us if a change was necessary.

Dawn is very knowledgeable about the home building process. She guided us through our lot options as we knew our desired neighborhood. Dawn showed us floor plans and allowed us to view those available in person. She was kind, personable, knowledgeable and reassuring as we had never built a home before. She truly brought a personable touch to the home buying/building process especially since we closed on our home during a global health pandemic and modifications to the closing process occurred. She graciously answered questions regarding our home warranty even though she could have pushed on to someone else. I highly recommend Dawn and her attention to detail in our home building experience.

Dawn helped my husband and I transition from North Carolina to Alabama. I loved her knowledge of the area and ability to work over phone and computer. It takes a lot of video walk through of homes to shop long distance and she was always responsive and on top of things.
